F276 Absolute Encoder Error絕對(duì)編碼器錯(cuò)誤
Description:故障說(shuō)明：
When turning off the drive controller with a absolute encoder (multiturn),the actual feedback position will be stored. When powered up, the absolute position given by the encoder is compared to the stored position. If the deviation is larger than the paramaterized "P-0-0097, AbsoluteEncoderMonitoring Window", the error "F276, Absolute Encoder Error" will appear and be given to the control system.
使用絕對(duì)編碼器（多圈）關(guān)閉驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器時(shí)，將存儲(chǔ)實(shí)際反饋位置。通電時(shí)，編碼器給出的絕對(duì)位置與存儲(chǔ)的位置進(jìn)行比較。如果偏差大于參數(shù)化的“P-0-0097，絕對(duì)編碼器監(jiān)控窗口”，將顯示錯(cuò)誤“F276，絕對(duì)編碼器錯(cuò)誤”，并將其發(fā)送給控制系統(tǒng)。
Cause:
1. Turning on for the first time (invalid stored position).
首次打開(kāi)（存儲(chǔ)位置無(wú)效）。
2. The motor was moved further than allowed by the parameter in
the absolute encoder monitoring window, P-0-0097, while it wasturned off.
電機(jī)的移動(dòng)超出了中的參數(shù)允許的范圍絕對(duì)編碼器監(jiān)控窗口P-0-0097關(guān)閉時(shí)。
3. Incorrect position initialization位置初始化不正確
Remedy:解決措施：
1. Press S1 to reset the error and set the absolute position.
按S1重置錯(cuò)誤并設(shè)置絕對(duì)位置。
2. The motor was moved while turned off and sits outside of its permissible position. Check to see if the displayed position is correct in relation to the machine zero point. Reset subsequent errors.電機(jī)在關(guān)閉時(shí)移動(dòng)，并位于其允許位置之外。檢查顯示的位置相對(duì)于機(jī)器零點(diǎn)是否正確。重置后續(xù)錯(cuò)誤。
3. An accident may occur by accidental shaft movement. 軸意外移動(dòng)可能導(dǎo)致事故。
Check absolute position informartion. A feedback defect is present if the absolute position information is false. The motor should be exchanged and sent to the INDRAMAT Customer Service .檢查絕對(duì)位置信息。如果絕對(duì)位置信息為假，則存在反饋缺陷。應(yīng)更換電機(jī)，可聯(lián)系上海仰光電子科技有限公司服務(wù)部。
